The Locker Major League Baseball Preview 2013: National League East
Baseball’s toughest division got a whole lot more exciting as the top two teams (Nationals and Braves) made additions. While the Nationals have the better overall ball team, the Braves could be right there with them again in October. The Phillies are still in the mix, but their best shot will be for a Wild Card spot. Teddy Wins The Race!
Since the Nationals have been in our nation’s capital one thing two things have been certain. They finished out of first place in the National League East and Teddy Roosevelt had never won a mascot race. Well we are all aware one of those certainties was erased two nights ago when the Washington Nationals clinched the National League East title. Now, ladies and gentlemen, it appears we might want to make sure the sky isn’t falling:

Bryce Harper Is Fun, Mike Trout Is Better
Before this season started I wrote an a post regarding the top-five fantasy baseball rookies for 2012. Within it, I spoke of Bryce Harper and Mike Trout, two guys we all expected to pay immediate dividends in 2012. Late edition of my weekly power rankings this weekend after a packed weekend. The Rangers, Nationals, Braves and Dodgers continue their recent stretches of great baseball, the Boston Red Sox have shown new life, and one team takes a nosedive. On to it!
