To this point in the 2013 Major League Baseball season the Diamondbacks have shown us plenty.

They were afterthoughts within their division; the trade of their franchise player (Justin Upton) to the Atlanta Braves made them afterthoughts everywhere else. Continue reading “Major League Baseball 2013: Time To Believe In The Arizona Diamondbacks”

Some things, for me, can’t be argued. DJ Jazzy Jeff is the greatest DJ of all-time (See: exhibit A, exhibit B, and exhibit C, and one more for good measure; talk to me if you want more proof) and after four months of watching Ā (attentively) Stephen Curry he might be the best all-around scorer I’ve ever seen Continue reading “NBA Playoffs 2013: The Magnificent Stephen Curry (Feat. New York Jets Have A Chance To Make Things Right, Revis Will Get His Chance In NFC South

Revis stated in his press conference that the NFC South (with Matt Ryan, Drew Brees, and Cam Newton) was a "good fit" for him.
Revis says the NFC South (with Matt Ryan, Drew Brees, and Cam Newton) is a “good fit” for him. I’m not so sure.

Well it finally happened. The New York Jets finally traded one of the best cover and the best holdout corner in the National Football League. I personally think that it’s about time; if for no other reason than the Jets needed to kind of clean house.Ā  Continue reading “New York Jets Have A Chance To Make Things Right, Revis Will Get His Chance In NFC South”

Why ‘Scrubs’ Is One Of The Greatest Sitcoms. Ever.

sarah-chalke-zach-braff-donald-faison-scrubs-tv-my-finale-season-finale-2009-photo-GCMy first go-round with a pop culture article, I decided to write about something that has been on my mind a while. I grew up on scripted sitcom comedy. As fun and exciting asĀ SurvivorĀ orĀ Keeping Up With The KardashiansĀ might be, it isn’t for me. I remember whenĀ TGIFĀ meant a night full of pretty good shows and surprisingly great writing. Even NBC’s legendary lineup is something to remember before it became a place where talent goes unappreciated. Continue reading “Why ‘Scrubs’ Is One Of The Greatest Sitcoms. Ever.”
