It’s already been a tough preseason for some fantasy football notables.

Within the span of ten days owners were no longer able to depend on the services of Jordy Nelson and Kelvin Benjamin; and within the span of four days owners very nearly lost Mike Evans and Randall Cobb.

You know who I’m talking about. We want those players who played at such a high level late in the season that they get you so stoked about the next you can barely control your excitement. A breakout player in fantasy football isn’t just a player; he’s a bragging right. An “I told you so” that buys you one to two years of respect, more if you do it consistently. You will no doubt rely on them at least once this season. Those bargain players that get you by on a bye week or through a tough stretch of injuries or suspensions.
