I took a look back at my preseason picks for the AFC and saw some good (Hello AFC West!), some not so good (Dolphins, Adam? Really?), and some down right ugly choices (Mulligan on Baltimore, please). Continue reading “NFL Playoffs 2015: AFC Wild Card Weekend Primer”

Fantasy Football 2015: Week 13 Waiver Wire Targets, And Playoffs?

DougBaldwin
The Seahawks’ Doug Baldwin could be in line for a nice string of matchups the next four weeks. Just in time to carry you into the playoffs and beyond.

Ladies and gentleman, we’ve come to week 13.

If your commissioner knows what they’re doing (and I assume they all do) then this week should wrap up the regular season for your fantasy leagues. Now is the time when not just money, bragging rights, and personal dignity is on the line; but the opportunity to achieve all of those things is on the line.  Continue reading “Fantasy Football 2015: Week 13 Waiver Wire Targets, And Playoffs?”

Can I be the one to tell Browns fans that tonight isn’t going to be their night?

Thursday Night Football has offered up some great games for us this 2015 season but, unfortunately, this isn’t going to be one of those games.  Continue reading “Fantasy Football 2015: Thursday Night Football Audibles For Browns Vs. Bengals”

Fantasy Football 2015: Thursday Night Audibles For Dolphins Vs. Patriots

Tom Terrific: Brady has torched opposing teams to the tune of 2,054 yards, 16 touchdowns (one interception) and a 113.2 rating.

I’m sorry, Patriot fans.

I was blinded by $100 million dollar Defensive Tackles and shiny up and coming Quarterbacks in South Beach. I was fooled by defensive geniuses aligning themselves with the unbelievable talent in Buffalo. I remember a time not very long ago when this game had a lot more Fantasy star power.

One of the more underrated rivalries now, not long ago before the San Francisco player exodus, NFC Championship conversation began and ended in the Pacific Northwest with these two teams. Continue reading “Fantasy Football 2015: Thursday Night Audibles For Seahawks Vs. 49ers”

A Utah Jazz sportswriter learned that the hard way last night.  Continue reading “My Fight Against #LoserSpeak, Culture Phobia, And The People That Enable It In Sports”
