On Bye: Carolina Panthers, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, Minnesota Vikings

Week 5 is upon us, which makes this the money week in a lot of Fantasy Leagues.

You know who I’m talking about. We want those players who played at such a high level late in the season that they get you so stoked about the next you can barely control your excitement. A breakout player in fantasy football isn’t just a player; he’s a bragging right. An “I told you so” that buys you one to two years of respect, more if you do it consistently. Fantasy Football 2015: Fantasy Football “Bargain” Players (A.K.A. The Deep Sleepers) That Could Hit It Big In ’15

You will no doubt rely on them at least once this season. Those bargain players that get you by on a bye week or through a tough stretch of injuries or suspensions. They’re always on the waiver wire, a Branden Oliver or Chris Sims.  Continue reading “Fantasy Football 2015: Fantasy Football “Bargain” Players (A.K.A. I make no secret about my dream job in sports: to be the General Manager of an NFL or MLB team. Until then, I get my fix playing and writing about fantasy sports and giving opinions on sports topics. I tried to stay away from this conversation. Trust me, I tried really, really, REALLY hard not to put my two cents into the ongoing (and unnecessary) saga that is the “Russell Wilson Contract Situation.”
